• From Hamilton Island, QLD: Snorkeling the GBR Bait Reef “The Stepping Stones”
• Hike Cradle Mountain, Tasmania: beautiful scenery and wombats everywhere!

Accommodations:

• Hamilton Island, QLD: Lagoon Lodge rental with golf cart

Dining:

• Melbourne: Lucy Liu’s (Asian fusion), 48 h Pizza e Gnocchi, and Maison Batard (French steakhouse)
• Sydney: explore Chinatown for soooo many wonderful food options
• Tasmania: Get the seafood curry (and anything else- it’s all good) at the Drunken Admiral in Hobart

• MW Restaurant in Honolulu – get the seafood paella and pork hash dumplings. You won’t be sorry!

• Snorkeling at Honaunau Bay “Two steps” and Punalu’u black sand beach
• Manta Ray Night Snorkel in Kona

Dining:

• Hilo: Pineapples (amazing teriyaki beef and great drinks and atmosphere)
• Kona: Black Rock Pizza (good pizza but even better ribeye rolls)

Accommodations:

• Kilauea-Kona: Hilton Waikoloa Village ($$ but worth it)

Sunset Vibe:

• Sunset from Mauna Kea summit
