Victoria, B.C. Canada: May 2026

• The Empress 75 cocktail at the Empress Hotel. Totally worth the price.

San Francisco, CA: May 2026

Dining:

• The New Yorker pizza at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana. Voted “Best in the World” for good reason!

Dubai: January 2026

Activities:

Bali: Dec. 2025

Activities:

• Kecak Dance in Uluwatu

Dining:

• Cuca (global tapas) in Jimbaran
• Aged and Butchered (steakhouse) in Canggu

Australia: Oct. – Dec. 2025

Activities:

• From Hamilton Island, QLD: Snorkeling the GBR Bait Reef “The Stepping Stones”
• Hike Cradle Mountain, Tasmania: beautiful scenery and wombats everywhere!

Accommodations:

• Hamilton Island, QLD: Lagoon Lodge rental with golf cart

Dining:

• Melbourne: Lucy Liu’s (Asian fusion), 48 h Pizza e Gnocchi, and Maison Batard (French steakhouse)
• Sydney: explore Chinatown for soooo many wonderful food options
• Tasmania: Get the seafood curry (and anything else- it’s all good) at the Drunken Admiral in Hobart

Tahiti: Oct. 2025

Accommodations/Dining:

• Intercontinental Tahiti/ La Lotus (Day pass)- includes pool use, and lunch from a Michelin-starred chef with crystal blue overwater bungalow views

Oahu, HI: Sept. 2025

Dining:

• MW Restaurant in Honolulu – get the seafood paella and pork hash dumplings. You won’t be sorry!

The Big Island, HI: September 2025

Activities: 

• Snorkeling at Honaunau Bay “Two steps” and Punalu’u black sand beach
• Manta Ray Night Snorkel in Kona

Dining:

• Hilo: Pineapples (amazing teriyaki beef and great drinks and atmosphere)
• Kona: Black Rock Pizza (good pizza but even better ribeye rolls)
• The amazing shortbread cookies in five flavors from Punalu’u Bakery are available at the bakery in Punalu’u, but are also convenientky available on most of the Hawaiian islands at ABC store and Walmart! 😄

Accommodations:

• Kilauea-Kona: Hilton Waikoloa Village ($$ but worth it)

Sunset Vibe:

• Sunset from Mauna Kea summit
• Lava Lava Beach Club https://lavalavabeachclub.com/
